C0049 Friction Coefficient Tester
The coefficient of friction refers to the ratio of the frictional force between two surfaces to the vertical force acting on one of the surfaces. It is related to the surface roughness, and has nothing to do with the size of the contact area. According to the nature of motion, it can be divided into dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient
This friction coefficient meter is designed to determine the friction properties of plastic film, aluminum foil, laminate, paper and other materials. The equipment implements internationally recognized test standards, including support for ISO8295 and ASTM1894.
The equipment measures the slip properties of materials to achieve control and adjustment of material production quality and process indicators to meet product use requirements.
This instrument uses a new generation of control system, large screen, easy to use, and can be connected with supporting software for data analysis. The static and dynamic friction coefficients can be calculated in one operation. The direct drive arm with a single slide rail has a mechanism to prevent the slide block. The slide block is easy to replace and the base can be heated.
