Notes for use of new machine:
1. Before the equipment is used for the first time, please open the baffle on the upper right side of the box to check whether any components are loose or fall off during transportation.
2. During the test, set the temperature control instrument to 50℃ and press the power button to observe whether the equipment has abnormal sound. If the temperature can rise to 50℃ within 20 minutes, it indicates that the equipment heating system is normal.
3. After the heating trial run, turn off the power and open the door. When the temperature drops to room temperature, close the door and set the temperature control instrument to -10℃.
4. When running the new equipment for the first time, there may be a slight odor.
Precautions before equipment operation:
1. Check whether the equipment is reliably grounded.
2, containing immersion before baking, must be dripped dry outside the test box in the inside.
3. Test holes are attached to the side of the machine. When connecting the specimen test line, please pay attention to the area of the wire and insert insulation material after connection.
4, please install external protection mechanism, and supply system power according to the requirements of the product nameplate;
5. It is absolutely forbidden to test explosive, inflammable and highly corrosive substances.
Notes for operation of high and low temperature test chamber:
1. During the operation of the equipment, unless it is quite necessary, please do not open the door casually and put your hand into the test box, otherwise it may lead to the following adverse consequences.
A: The inside of the laboratory is still kept hot, which is easy to cause burns.
B: The hot gas may trigger the fire alarm and cause false operation.
C: At low temperature, the evaporator will freeze partially, affecting the cooling ability. For example, if the time is too long, the service life of the device will be affected.
2. When operating the instrument, do not change the fixed parameter value at will to avoid affecting the control precision of the equipment.
3, the laboratory should stop using if there are abnormal conditions or burnt taste, immediately check.
4. During the test process, wear heat-resistant gloves or tools to avoid scalding and the time should be as short as possible.
5. When the equipment is running, do not open the electrical control box to prevent dust from entering or electric shock accidents.
6.In the process of low-temperature operation, please do not open the door of the box, in order to prevent the evaporator and other refrigeration parts from forming water and freezing, and reduce the efficiency of the equipment.
