1. Start the machine and enter the experiment interface.
2. Press the “Down” or “Back” button.
3, the machine automatically stop after the hand wheel, so that the number of pressure is about 1.2, hit the pressure, with a wrench to open the lower pressure plate.
4. Release the handwheel. (The upper collet can be removed and put aside, so that the space is large and convenient to operate, or it can not be removed, at will)
5. Open the upper pressure ring and remove the pressure plate and film.
6, unscrew the screw of the oil cup, observe the oil groove under the bottom of the pressure plate, wait for the oil to overflow slowly, tighten the screw of the oil cup. (Note whether the silicone oil in the oil cup is less, add silicone oil to two-thirds of the oil cup is good)
7, gently put a piece of film, gently down from one side.
8, gently put up and down pressure plate, pressure ring.
9. Turn the handwheel. (The upper collet was removed before, and can be installed now)
10. Be sure to tighten the lower pressure plate with a wrench.
11. Release the handwheel.
12, loosen the screw on the oil cup, press the film down with your hand, see there may be bubbles in the oil cup, a few minutes later, touch the film with your hand again, see if it bulges, the screw of the oil cup must be tightened again.
If not, open the upper pressure plate and reload again.
