Introduction of automatic Kjeldahl apparatus

Automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen determination instrument function operation:
The functional operations performed in the instrument test sample are as follows: dilution, reagent addition, distillation, titration, effluent discharge, result calculation, printing.
Dilution: dilute the digested sample in the digestive tube with distilled water.
Add reagents: including lye, boric acid absorption solution, titrating acid.
Distillation: Pass the sample in the digestion tube into hot steam to steam out the ammonia gas in the sample.
Titration: Titration of the absorbed solution during or after distillation.
Drain liquid: drain the waste liquid from the digestive tube and the receiving cup.
Calculate and print: calculate and print the result according to the operation.
Sample testing process:
(1) Install the instrument and connect the pipeline.
(2) Open the condensate, place an empty digestive tube, open the instrument first air steam for 5 ~ 10min, clean the pipeline, so that the water vapor flow is stable.
(3) Place the digestive tube containing digestive liquid and set the corresponding parameters and functions before starting the test. The real-time detection function is enabled at the same time. Add boric acid absorption solution, dilute water and lye into automatic Kjeldahl apparatus; The ammonia produced by steam distillation is absorbed by condensation with boric acid and then titrated with a standard acid.
(4) The experiment is over and the results are displayed. It can print, discharge waste and clean automatically. The initial parameter input screen is displayed.
