Introduction of automatic digestion device

Operation steps of automatic digestion instrument:
The first step: Put the sample, catalyst, and digestion solution (sulfuric acid) into the digestion tube and place it on the digestion tube rack.
Step 2: Install the digestion tube rack on the digestion apparatus, place the waste hood and open the cooling water valve.
The third step: If you need to set the heating curve, you can set it first, if you don’t need it, you can proceed directly to the heating step.
The fourth step: After the setting is completed, start to run heating, and select linear heating or multi-stage heating according to needs.
(1) For samples that are not prone to foaming when digested, linear heating can be used.
(2) Multi-stage heating can be used for samples that are easy to be digested and foamed.
Step 5: The system automatically performs digestion work according to the selected program, and automatically stops heating after digestion.
Step 6: After the sample is cooled, turn off the cooling water, remove the waste discharge hood, and then remove the digestion tube rack.

Precautions for the use of automatic digestion instrument:

1. Installation of the digestion tube rack: remove the digestion tube rack from the lifting frame of the automatic digestion apparatus before the experiment (the lifting frame should be in the removed state, the initial state of the boot). Put the samples and reagents to be digested in the digestion tube and place them on the digestion tube rack. When the number of samples is less than the digestion wells, sealed digestion tubes should be placed in other wells. After the sample is configured, it should be placed in the card slot of the digestion tube rack of the lifting rack to check whether it is installed in place.
2. Take out the test tube rack after digestion: When the experiment is over, the digestion tube rack is in the sample cooling position.
3. After the experiment, a large amount of acid gas will be generated in the digestive tube (the exhaust gas neutralization system is optional), keep the ventilation smooth and avoid inhaling the exhaust gas.
4. After the experiment, the waste discharge hood should be placed in the drip tray to prevent excess acid from flowing out and contaminating the fume hood countertop. The waste hood and drip tray need to be cleaned after each experiment.
5. During the experiment, the entire instrument is in a state of high-temperature heating to avoid human error from contacting the high-temperature heating area. The relevant area has been indicated on the instrument and warning labels have been affixed.
