Hydrostatic pressure resistance tester is used to measure the water resistance of various fabrics after waterproof treatment, such as canvas, oilcloth, tent cloth, tarp, rain proof clothing cloth and geotextile materials, etc. Hydrostatic pressure tester applicable standards: GB/T4744, FZ/T01004, ISO811, AATCC 127.
Installation and precautions of hydrostatic pressure tester:
1. The instrument should be placed in a clean, dry environment, stable foundation without vibration, ambient temperature of 10 ~ 30℃, relative temperature ≤85%.
2. After the installation of the instrument must be carefully wiped clean, and under the sample handwheel drive thread metal surface coated with oil.
3. After each experiment, turn off the power switch and remove the electrical plug of the instrument from the power socket.
4. When the instrument is in use, the power supply uses the three-core plug, must have the grounding wire.
5. Be sure to dry the water on the chuck before placing the sample, so as not to affect the test results.
6. Press the “reset” key to return to the initial state if there is a sudden fault during operation.
7. Do not make pressure calibration casually, it will affect the experimental results.
9.The sample must be smooth when clamping.
