Rubber aging box series are used for thermal oxygen aging test of rubber, plastic products, electrical insulation materials and other materials. Its performance conforms to GB/T 3512 “Rubber hot air aging test method” national standard related to the “test device” requirements.

The shell is made of cold rolled steel plate and glass fiber as insulation material, so that the temperature in the test room will not affect the temperature and sensitivity. The inner wall of the box is coated with high temperature silver powder paint.
Put the dried articles into the aging test box, close the box door, and then switch on the power supply.
Pull the power switch to “on”, then the power indicator lights up, digital display temperature controller has a digital display.
See Attachment 1 for setting of temperature controller. The temperature controller displays the temperature in the box. Under normal circumstances, the temperature control enters the constant temperature state after 90 minutes of heating. (Note: Refer to the following “operation method” for intelligent temperature controller)
When the required working temperature is low, the second setting method can be adopted. If the working temperature is 80℃, 70℃ can be set for the first time, and 80℃ can be set for the second time when the isotherm passes through the flushing and falls back, so that the temperature overflushing phenomenon can be reduced or even eliminated, so that the temperature in the box enters the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
Choose different drying temperature and time according to different items, different moisture degree.
After drying, unplug the power switch to “off”, but do not immediately open the door to take out items, to avoid scalding, you can first open the door to lower the temperature of the box before taking out items.
The casing must be effectively grounded for safe use.
The power should be turned off after use.
There is no explosion proof device in the aging test chamber, and inflammable and explosive articles are not allowed.
The aging test chamber should be placed in the room with good ventilation conditions, and inflammable and explosive items should not be placed around it.
Do not place the items in the box too crowded, must leave space to facilitate hot air circulation.
The inside and outside of the box should always be kept clean.
When the operating temperature is between 150 ° C and 300 ° C, the door should be opened to lower the temperature after shutdown.
