Check whether the software dongle is installed on the computer parallel port. Close other software programs and restart them. The system file of this software is lost and should be reinstalled. The system file of this software is damaged and should be reinstalled. Contact the manufacturer.
6. The printer does not print:
Check the printer instructions to see if the operation is correct. Whether the correct printer is selected.
