DRK512 Glass Bottle Impact Tester

DRK512 glass bottle impact tester is suitable for measuring the impact strength of various glass bottles. The instrument is marked with two sets of scale readings: impact energy value (0～2.90N·M) and swing rod deflection angle value (0～180°). The structure and use of the instrument meet the requirements of “GB_T 6552-2015 Glass Bottle Anti-Mechanical Impact Test Method”. Meet the passability and incremental tests stipulated by the national standard.

Features

Ø First adjust so that the pendulum rod is in the plumb position. (At this time, the scale reading on the dial is zero).
Ø Put the tested sample on the V-shaped supporting table, and turn the height adjustment handle. The height should be 50-80mm from the bottom of the bottle from the striking point.
Ø Rotate the base carriage adjustment handle so that the sample just touches the impact hammer. The scale value is relative to the zero point.
Ø Turn the scale adjustment handle to turn the pendulum rod to the scale value (N·m) required for the test.
Ø Press the pendulum hook to make the impact hammer unhook and impact the sample. If the sample is not broken, it should be connected by hand when the pendulum rod rebounds. Do not make the impact hammer repeatedly impact.
Ø Each sample hits one point at 120 degrees and three hits.
