Instrument Characteristics
The infrared beam is used to form an “invisible” detection slope, which replaces the traditional visible slope, realizes non-contact detection, and overcomes the problem that the measurement accuracy is affected by the torsion of the sample being lifted by the slope. At the same time, it is possible to adjust the measurement inclination angle. The automatic detection system overcomes the shortcomings of visual inspection and enhances the anti-interference. The automatic lifting and lowering device of the sample pressing plate ensures the accuracy and consistency of the positioning of the pressing plate and the sample, and improves work efficiency. .
