Column thermostat

Use the recognized high-performance large column thermostat. Taking into account the heat radiation generated by the heating of the gasification chamber or the detector, the column thermostat is designed as an upright structure. The maximum operating temperature can reach 420℃, and the temperature control range is +7℃~420℃. 5-step program temperature rise, automatic rear opening, can set high operating temperature within 420℃, fixed 450℃ independent protection circuit, with double protection structure.

*1. Over-temperature protection: When the actual temperature of each hot zone exceeds the set maximum value, the over-temperature protection device works, automatically cuts off the power of each heating zone of the instrument, and alarms at the same time to avoid accidents.

*2. Overcurrent protection: When the TCD detector is working, such as the current setting is too large or the TCD resistance value suddenly increases, the overcurrent protection device works, automatically cuts off the TCD bridge current, and alarms and displays OVER TCD to protect the tungsten wire. Burned out (if the user starts the TCD without carrier gas due to operating errors, the device can also automatically cut off the power to protect the tungsten wire); an amplifier circuit can also be added to increase sensitivity.

Crash protection: When the instrument is working, when the thermal element of each heating zone is short-circuited, open circuit, heating wire to the ground, computer operating system crashes, etc., the instrument can automatically cut off the power and give an alarm to avoid continuing work. Accidents; the above three-point protection function can make your analysis work safer and more assured.

Six temperature control

The GC1690 gas chromatograph is capable of six-channel temperature control, in which AUX1 controls the external heating device, and the column temperature and AUX1 have five-stage temperature control.

Pneumatic control

The gas circuit controller adopts an external type. The capillary gas circuit box and the gas-assisted gas circuit box are independently placed. The air flow ratio adjustment is intuitive and easy to understand, and the control is flexible. Once a certain gas circuit problem occurs, it can be switched immediately, without affecting the operation of the host, and maintenance convenient.

Low noise

Each fan blade in the main machine is formed by a mold at one time, and the symmetry is good to avoid unbalance and noise during operation.

Flexible configuration

The capillary sampler is independent, and the dual-capillary sampler double amplifier board can be configured according to user requirements, so that two capillary columns can be installed at the same time; two packed columns can also be installed at the same time; one packed column and one capillary can also be installed at the same time Column; on this basis, TCD, FPD, NPD, ECD detectors can also be flexibly added to meet different analysis requirements; one instrument can be equipped with up to three samplers and three detectors.
