DRK-F416 is a semi-automatic fiber inspection instrument with novel design, simple operation and flexible application. It can be used for the traditional Wind method to detect crude fiber and the paradigm method to detect washing fiber. It is suitable for the determination of crude fiber in plants, feed, food and other agricultural and sideline products, as well as the test of washing fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose and other related parameters. The results meet the requirements of GB/T5515 and GB/T6434.

Optional peripheral accessories: cold extraction device. It can be used for pre-treatment of samples with high fat content that require degreasing, acetone washing after extraction, and lignin detection.

Precisely control the experiment process
The experiment time can be set freely, the positive and negative timing functions are available for selection, and the real-time reminder of the end of the experiment is convenient for the experimenters to accurately grasp the experiment process, save experiment time, and improve work efficiency.

Infrared-body heating technology
The advanced infrared-integrated heating enables the crucible to be heated more quickly and evenly, ensuring the consistency of the sample digestion results, and further improving the recovery rate and accuracy of the test results.

The embedded software temperature control technology independently developed by Haineng provides precise, stable and uniform temperature control.
The drawing structure design of the solvent barrel facilitates the liquid filling operation and solves the problem that the solution barrel of the traditional fiber analyzer is difficult to replenish the reagent on the top of the cabinet.
The corrosive liquid does not touch any pump body to avoid the phenomenon that the waste pump is easily corroded in the traditional structure.
The crucible recoil function is designed to prevent the sample from being caked and unable to be filtered.
It has the function of preventing excessive liquid overflow, preventing the corrosive liquid from overflowing due to incorrect operation during liquid filling, and protecting the safety of the operator.
The crucible heating power can be adjusted at any time to facilitate customers to control the heating speed and reduce energy consumption.
